I have made it two or three days in advance and it’s fine. I actually cover it in the springform pan and refrigerate it

I came across your YouTube channel when looking for a Paella tutorial. Thanks so much! I had no idea it could be so simple. I was getting discouraged by all of the recipes I found on line and my husband is a pescatarian so I needed one without chicken and sausage. I’m going to make it tonight and sub vegetable broth for the chicken stock. Are you still doing your videos and life coaching? I might have an opportunity for you.
