My only mistake was slightly overcooking the burgers because they were so big. It didn't matter - they were still fantastic. I have extra ground beef, and I plan to make more and freeze the patties. When I was making the patties, I noticed that they were very mushy and thought they would fall apart the minute they hit the grill...but they didn't! They came out beautifully formed, very moist, and full of flavor! Next time I will make them with your macaroni salad. Thank you!! Another winner! We loved these.
