I watched your video re: making a delish cheesecake. There was only one part I I didn’t understand.
After you take the cheesecake out of the oven-and put the sour cream on top. You said to “Put it back in the oven”
Is the oven off …and your just keeping it there for 10 minutes? Let me know, Can’t wait to try it.
I’m a New York gal living in the South …..and I miss my NY Cheesecake!!!!! Thank You Pati D’Amico
I am making a dinner for 18 people and plan on making your chicken Marsala since u can make it in the morning and serve it later. Since some of our group observe kosher standards they do not eat prosciutto, can I leave it out or replace it with something else
You can leave the prosciutto out or if you like, you can add some sliced sun-dried tomatoes that are packed in oil to replace the salty flavor of the prosciutto.
I enjoy your videos on YouTube. You have a fun way of explaining your methods. I have two questions. One, have you stopped making videos? I see they are 8 years old. Two, can you send me the specific measurements of your lasagna recipe?
All of the videos have full recipes with measurements and details below the video. If you are on the web, click on SHOW MORE. If you are viewing the video on a phone or YouTube app, click on the title of the video to expand the description. 🙂
We have eaten my cheesecake at Sunday pasta quite a few times, including Lasagna days. But if you think it’s to creamy, go for my especially dark chocolate cake recipe. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=RXBJhNpPBO4

Hello Sugar,
Awesome recipes, Thank you for sharing!!
Question, I want to make the Sunday Sauce. I want to make it a few days ahead of time. Is it necessary to freeze it if serving 3 – 4 days later. I wasn’t sure if all the meats would dry out.
Thank you for your time.
